Super Foods

There has been a lot of talk about Super Foods as of late. Even a quick read in a Shape fitness magazine was called out a list of super foods to watch.

The list including the following four items:

  1. Mangosteen
  2. Goji
  3. Noni
  4. Acai

It is interesting to see all of the new scientific findings and health benefits around these ingredients that have been around since the dawn of time.
